We dispatch orders within 14 working days – in fact usually within 3 working days. If there is going to be a delay, we will let you know and if you need your order urgently then please just phone us.

We send orders by Royal Mail or by courier depending on weight.

Yes! You will receive an email confirmation sent to your email address when the seeds have been delivered.

Please accept our sincere apologies but we can only deliver seed to UK addresses but excluding Northern Ireland. We apologise that we cannot send seed to Northern Ireland due to plant helath regulations realted to Brexit. Although we can sometimes supply some species to customers in other countries, vital safeguards to ensure that live plant material is not transported irresponsibly and illegally mean that you must contact us directly to enquire about non-UK orders and we cannot supply seed to customers in North America.
